Project Description
    In Arua, Nangaka executed the rapid deployment of laboratory and support infrastructure aimed at strengthening humanitarian and public health services. Speed, compliance, and operational readiness were critical, as medical teams needed facilities that could function immediately upon handover.

    The development included prefabricated structures, service connections, controlled internal layouts, and specialist finishing suitable for laboratory use. The objective was to create a safe, reliable, and dignified working environment capable of supporting sensitive procedures in a demanding context.
