Project Description
For an energy sector client operating far from established towns, Nangaka established a fully serviced workforce camp designed to sustain long-term deployment. The facility needed to provide not only shelter, but also high standards of catering, hygiene, and recreation to maintain morale in isolation.
We implemented hospitality systems, organized food service operations, and structured day-to-day camp life to mirror the dependability of urban services while functioning in a remote landscape.
Challenges
- Distance from established supply networks
- Maintaining food quality and variety
- High expectations for cleanliness and comfort
- Supporting rotating personnel numbers
- Creating livable conditions in isolation
Outcome
The camp became a stable, well-managed community where crews could focus entirely on their assignments while Nangaka handled daily welfare.
Call to Action
Operating remotely? We create camps that keep people comfortable, motivated and ready for work.
